How Do I Become a Member?
Membership in the Broadway Business Improvement Area is contingent on the geographic location of the business. All businesses starting at the south corner of East Pine Street north to the 700 block of East Roy are required by law to be paying a quarterly tax.
When are Advisory Board Meetings?
The BIA Advisory Board meets monthly, except during August and December at 8am on the third Thursday of the month at the offices of the Capitol Hill Chamber of Commerce at 925 East Thomas. All ratepayers are welcome, as well as any neighborhood residents or organizations with ideas and/or issues pertaining to the Broadway shopping district.
